Blueberry Jam anyone?

Here's a great Bestie image from artist Sherri Baldy that I am using with some wonderful Paper Temptress Papers to create this great card.  I think the papers just shimmer and the image just pops right off the front of the card.
I added some wonderful lace ribbon on top along with some adorable polka dot purple buttons.

I hope this card gives you a smile today!

Cheers, Holley

SING!!!!!!

Hey peepz! See how I used a z instead of a s that's called slang I am trying to keep you all in the know not saying that your old or anything actually I'm saying the exact opposite.
So now onto the real reason I'm here CRAFTING.
Today I made a card and I used a digi that my mom colored. I just want you to know that I didn't drink a potion that made me color beautifully I mean that is never going to happen ever.
The digi I used is img460
I love her because she is mostly green and my favorite color is green!

A Very Special Birthday

The absolute wonderful thing about Sherri's art is how versatile it is.  It is just as pretty if you color up the digi and leave it as a stand alone as it is when you add all the embellishments to it.  There is a very good story as to why I have left it blank.

Those of you who know me, know I am an avid sports fan. We attend the home games on the weekends for our local Triple A baseball team.  There is a very kind lady that I met a few years ago.  She has been attending baseball games as a season ticket holder for 34 years, and this year, she is unable to attend for health reasons.  This week she celebrated her 87th birthday.  In past years, we have had cake during the games to celebrate.  This year, they did a tribute to her on the big screen.

So, with that back story, I made this card, and I am taking it to the baseball game to have everyone who knows and loves her sign it so we can let her know she is missed at the games.  The Z-fold card works perfectly for this, as the entire inside is left blank.  I worried that had I included flowers or anything else, that it would just fall off before we got the opportunity to send it to her.  Here is the front and the inside of the card.

Friend

Hello Everyone, Happy Easter to those who celebrate today.  Happy Sunday to those who do not.   My apologies for being a bit late with my posting today.  Time simply got away from me.   Today, I have a nice twisted easel card to share with you.  I have used Sheri's wonderful papers and printed them.  They so vibrant and the possibilities are amazing when using these papers.  Better yet, it is so easy to mix and match the papers for the look you want.

Here is my card

Shaker Card

Hello my crafting friends,

Today I decided to share a shaker card that I made using Fancy Pants Bloomin Besties img179.
I have never made a shaker card before so this is my first time making one. A good friend of mine sent me a shaker card for Christmas. The plastic part looked like it had been sewn so I asked her what she did, or used to make it. She used a fuse tool. I had never heard of it before so I went to YouTube. Here is a link if you are like me and have no clue on what it is. The link you will find here.
So, I went and bought the fuse tool and decided to give it a try. I have to say, it is really easy to use and holds what ever you put inside extremely well. :)
You will find more info on my blog.
Hugs, and happy crafting.
Sandy.
